SioPro - "Payroll" allows automation of operations related to processing and payment of wages and corresponding insurance payments for General Income Tax and Health Insurance, generates automatically data files for the National Social Insurance Institute, tax statements, income certificates, certificates for the Labor Office, as well as connections to banks and insurance companies.
The system prepares employment contracts, reemployment contracts, orders and certificates In addition to the routine operation mode required for the work of the Human Resources Department. In addition to the routine operation mode based on monthly periods, the system allows working with data carried forward and automatically recalculates wages, bonuses, sick leave compensations, insurance payments, taxes, etc. whenever any changes in laws, rules and regulations shall be applied on a backdated basis.
The access of various users groups to the system is limited both on the basis of functional criteria, and in accordance with the data processing rights of particular units or groups of units. The statements generator as well as the wide range of available additional statements provide you full information on automatically computed deductions and withholdings, persons’ incomes, taxes and payments due to the state, various funds and external organizations. Data processing covers the following categories of workers/employees and types of contracts/agreements:

   Permanent staff employees working under employment contracts.

   Workers performing work under a fee-per-item system.

   Workers employed under a second or additional employment contract.

   Persons employed under civil contracts.

   Personnel employed under management and control contracts.

   Self-employed individuals.

   Full time and part time employment.

Basic Advantages:

   Pay-by-time and pay-by-item remuneration system; remuneration for workers with reduced physical ability (disabled persons);
    wages and remuneration in hard currency, denominated in Bulgarian levs.

   Templates for automatic generation of the wage slip whenever a new employee is added to the system.

   Possibility to create practically unlimited number of work calendars, payment items/positions, summarizers and types of social
    and health insurance for the employees.

   Automatic reporting of minimum amounts of income subject to insurance contributions under the National Occupation Code
    /NOC/ and National Code of Economic Activities /NCEA/ for the respective month (information related to the Minimum Amounts
    of Income Subject to Insurance Contributions /MAISIC/ is entered into the program by years and is used for verification of
    data generated for the National Insurance Institute – Statement Form No. 1, before being stored on diskette).

   Automatic calculation of remuneration/compensation for holiday leaves, sick leaves, amounts of insurance contributions,
    bonuses for professional experience and rates (%) for class based on years of service.

   Automatic reporting and accounting of unused annual leaves (for the purposes of NAS-19 - National Accounting Standard
    No. 19)

   Printing of payrolls, recapitulations, statements by specific paragraphs, etc., as well as the possibility to create practically
    unlimited number of user reports/statements wherein the information is grouped and filtered according to settings made by
    you.

   Automatic preparation and printing of necessary payment orders and payment requests for a selected period of time.

   Automatic accounting and links to accounting programs, while at any time an opportunity exists to make changes in the
    originally adopted accounting scheme/method. 

   Automatic preparation of a report statement (file) for the National Insurance Institute – Statement Form No. 1 (the
    checks/verification which the program makes before you store the file on a diskette provide you an absolute guarantee that no
    mistakes have been made and the diskette will be accepted by the National Insurance Institute).

   Work in an open period of time (access to information on previous months without having to restore data from archive).



SioPro - "Payroll" also has a number of additional functional features designed to monitor and to report the activities/performance of human resources management and human resources operation systems officers. The program maintains a standard database with the most frequently used documents issued to the employees complied with the current laws, rules and regulations. The in-built report and document designers allow flexibility and easy adaptation of the program to any company’s needs.
